Nope, you can't trade or gift fully-built Warframes in Warframe. But you can trade Prime parts, so if your friend needs Loki Prime parts, hook them up!

I've tried this myself. You can trade Prime blueprints and components, so just get those parts to your friend, and they can build Loki Prime on their own.
