Nah, Rockstar doesn't let you do a direct account link between Xbox and PS4 for GTA 5. Each platform is its own little island, so you gotta start fresh if you're jumping ship from Xbox to PS4. But hey, it's another excuse to experience the chaos of Los Santos from scratch!
