As of now, Epic Games has disabled the account merging feature, so you can't merge two PS4 Fortnite accounts. Sorry!

I tried to merge my accounts last year, but it's a no-go. You'll need to stick with one account or start fresh.

Nope, you can't merge accounts anymore. Epic Games nixed that option back in May 2019. Bummer, I know.
