Short answer, nah you can't directly sell properties in GTA 5 like you can in real life or other games. But what you can do is trade it in. When you buy a new property, you get the option to trade in an old one. The value of the old property goes towards the price of the new one, so it's kinda like selling but with extra steps!

Nope, you can't outright sell properties in GTA 5. It's more of a trade-in deal. When you're eyeing a new spot, you can trade your current one and get some cash knocked off the new property's price. So, choose wisely!

Actually, selling properties directly in GTA 5 isn't a thing. You gotta trade properties when upgrading. It's not perfect but it works.

Why sell when you can trade? Direct sales are a no-go in GTA 5, but you can always trade up. Smart, huh?

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
