I've tried it myself, and sadly, no, you can't sign into PSN with a HENkaku Vita. Best to enjoy the homebrew without PSN.

Technically not possible, buddy. Sony frowns upon modded systems and restricts PSN access.
Nope, you can't sign into PSN directly with a HENkaku-modified Vita. Sony blocks access to PSN for modded systems.
