Nope, Sony doesn’t allow you to transfer accounts. However, you can share your games on another console by setting it as your primary!

You can’t transfer accounts, but you can always share games and subscriptions by setting the console as your primary.

Unfortunately, you can't directly transfer your PlayStation account to another account. But you can share your games and content by setting your primary PS4 or PS5 to your friend’s console!
