Nope, your companions in Fallout 4 can't die. They can get knocked down in battle, but they don't die. They just need a moment to recover. So, you don't have to worry about losing them forever - just give them a sec, and they'll be right back into action with you.

Actually, they're immortal. Shoot 'em, bomb 'em, or drop 'em from a high place, they just take a knee and get back up after the fight's over. Kinda takes the thrill out of keeping them safe if you ask me.

Only in Survival mode do you need to watch out - that's where the real challenge is. Companions can't die in the regular gameplay, but Survival mode changes the rules. Keep 'em safe out there!

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
