If you're running on a potato from 2010, you might need to upgrade! But anything recent should technically run it.
Played it on my mid-tier laptop with 8GB RAM and a GTX 960. Ran pretty smooth on medium settings!
You need at least an Intel i7-8550U, 16GB RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce MX150 for a decent experience. Check your specs!
