I run Fortnite on a potato of a laptop, and it works just fine (though I have to keep the settings on low). So, give it a shot!

If your computer can run Windows 7, 8, or 10 (64-bit) with at least an Intel Core i3 processor, 4GB of RAM, and Intel HD 4000 graphics, then you're good to go!
GTX 660 or better for graphics, Intel Core i5 processor, and 8GB of RAM? Then you should be good to go! Check Epic Games' site for full specs.
Honestly, if your computer was made in the last 8 years, it probably can. Check the system requirements on the Epic Games website just to be sure.
