No need for ultra to enjoy the game. Fallout 4 is awesome even on lower settings!
Honestly, just check the game's system requirements and compare them to your PC's specs. If you've got anything that's come out in the last few years, you're likely good to go. Ultra settings are demanding but doable for most mid to high-end setups.
