Gotta check the specs! Fallout 4 needs at least an Intel Core i5-2300 2.8GHz or AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0GHz processor, 8GB RAM, and a DirectX 11 GPU like GTX 550 Ti 2GB or AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB. If you're sporting something better than that, you're golden. Don't forget about the 30GB of free storage!
Ran it on a potato once. Kidding. But if you tweak the settings, even a lower-end PC can handle it. Just play around with the graphics options.
