Sorry to burst your bubble, but cross-play between PC and PS4 is not available in any Dragon Ball games. You'll have to stick to your own platform for now!

Yeah, I'm a PS4 user and I've tried teaming up with my friend who's on PC. Unfortunately, it's a no-go. We had to stick to our own consoles.
