Nope, PC and Xbox Rainbow Six Siege players can't play together. Ubisoft hasn't enabled cross-play for Siege between these platforms.

As of now, PC and Xbox players can't engage in Rainbow Six Siege together. Maybe one day, but not today!

As someone who plays R6 on both platforms, I can confirm there's no cross-play between PC and Xbox. Console wars continue!
