Yep, they sure can. But it's not a free-for-all. Fallout 76 has a system called 'Pacifist Mode' that you can turn on to avoid PvP combat if you're not into that. If you don't have Pacifist Mode on, other players can initiate combat with you. Remember though, they can't do much damage until you fight back, so you've got time to run away or brace yourself for a fight!

Absolutely not unless you want them to. Turn on Pacifist Mode and voila, you're virtually untouchable by other players. Focus on enjoying the vast post-apocalyptic world instead!

Short answer: Yes. Long answer: Only if you engage back or have Pacifist Mode turned off. So, if you're just there to explore and build, flipping on Pacifist Mode keeps things chill.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
