Unfortunately, Rockstar hasn't enabled cross-play for GTA between PlayStation and Xbox. Maybe someday, but not today!

Nope, PlayStation and Xbox players can't play GTA together. Cross-platform play isn't supported for GTA.

As a PS4 user, I can confirm I've never been able to play GTA with my Xbox friends. It's a bummer.
