Nope, you can't play PS3 discs on a PS4 Pro directly. You can, however, stream some PS3 games via PlayStation Now.

Unfortunately, PS3 game discs aren’t compatible with the PS4 Pro. But you can access some PS3 games through PlayStation Now.
