Unfortunately, Rainbow Six Siege doesn't support cross-play between PS4 and PC. You'll need to stick to playing with others on the same platform.

As a longtime Rainbow Six Siege player on both PS4 and PC, I can confirm there's no cross-play between the two. It's a bummer, but it keeps the playing field level!
