Short answer: No. Long reason: Rockstar Games didn’t include cross-platform play for GTA 5. So, if you're on PS4, your crew has to be all PS4.

Nope. Rockstar hasn't given us the crossplay feature for GTA 5. So, PS4 and Xbox peeps are stuck on their own islands.

Absolutely not, and don't hold your breath for Rockstar to change that. PS4 and Xbox worlds are parallel universes in GTA 5.
