Even though Titanfall 2 and Apex Legends are both from Respawn, they're pretty different beasts under the hood. Apex Legends is a more demanding game because of its massive, dynamic battle royale environment, continuous updates, and sophisticated physics. It's like expecting a sprinter to run a marathon without breaking a sweat. You might need to tweak your settings or upgrade your hardware to get Apex running smoothly.

Just crank down the graphics settings in Apex. Worked for me and now it runs smoother than butter on toast.

Apex Legends is just optimized differently, and it's also dealing with a larger map and more players. It's not always about your rig, but how the game uses it.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
