Short answer: Yes, but it's not the ideal experience. You're gonna want to adjust those game settings way down.
Tried it firsthand, and yep, it runs. Had to play around with the settings a bit and wasn't the most eye-popping experience compared to a high-end PC, but it was playable. Steam Deck's versatility strikes again!
