The Operator is limited to using their Amp and abilities. Broken Scepter stays with the Warframes.

I wish! But Operators can't wield normal melee weapons like the Broken Scepter. Stick to your Amp.

Nope, the Operator can't use the Broken Scepter in combat. That's a Warframe-only weapon.
