Sadly, there's no way to transfer V-Bucks directly from your account to someone else's. Just buy them a gift card or gift items.
Trust me, I've played Fortnite for years, and gifting V-Bucks isn't possible. Use gift cards or in-game gifts instead.
From personal experience, the best way is to gift a V-Bucks card. You can find them at major retailers and online stores.
