Nope, you can't transform Excalibur into Excalibur Prime. Excalibur Prime is only available to Founders who supported the game early on.

Unfortunately, Excalibur can't be turned into Excalibur Prime directly. But hey, you can farm some relics and get other Prime Warframes!
Speaking from experience, you can't upgrade Excalibur to Excalibur Prime. However, there are plenty of mods and cosmetics to make your Excalibur look and feel unique!
Hot take: Excalibur Prime isn't worth the hype. Regular Excalibur with the right mods can kick just as much butt!
