Nope, it's a no-go. Just upgrade to Windows 10, trust me. It's worth it for Apex!

Technically, yes, but it's not officially supported. Apex Legends is optimized for Windows 10. If you're on Windows 8, you might experience some performance issues or bugs that you wouldn't see on a supported OS. So, if you can, maybe consider an upgrade to Windows 10 for the best experience!

Running Apex Legends on Windows 8? Did it, been there! Had to tweak some settings and didn't get the smoothest experience, but it was playable. Just don't expect miracles and maybe avoid ranked matches if you don't wanna be a drag on your squad.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
