Totally! You need a Play & Charge Kit to connect it via USB, though it still communicates wirelessly for gameplay.

I've used the Play & Charge Kit many times to power up my 360 controller while playing. Works like a charm.

You can charge it using the Play & Charge Kit, but it doesn't actually send data through the wire. Still wireless for play.
