Nope, you can't directly add friends from PSN on your Xbox. Different ecosystems, different rules!

Unfortunately, Xbox and PSN systems don't play nice with each other like that. Maybe one day!

I've tried it myself, and it's a no-go. You need to stick within the same family of consoles for adding friends.
