Can You Add Tags to PSN Games?
Nope, PSN doesn’t allow tagging games. Maybe Sony will add it in the future, but for now, we're stuck without tags.

Unfortunately, you can’t add custom tags to games on PSN directly. You can always use the wishlist and folders to organize your library, though!

Not currently, but you can organize your games into folders on the PS4 and PS5 to keep things tidy.
Been using PSN for years, and tagging isn't an option. Folders are your best workaround for organizing games.
