Actually, while you can't directly add music to the game, you can use a USB drive to play your own music through the PS4's Media Player while you're playing GTA 5. So, in a way, you sorta can have your own soundtrack playing in the background while you cruise down Los Santos. Not the same, but a decent workaround!

Nope, you can't directly add your own music tracks to GTA 5 on PS4 like you might on PC versions. The game doesn't support that kind of customization for consoles. But hey, you can always set the mood by playing your tunes on a separate device in the background. It's old school but gets the job done!
