Nope, you can't be a Death Eater in Hogwarts Legacy. The game lets you play as a fifth-year student exploring the wizarding world and making choices that affect your character, but joining the dark side like a Death Eater isn't one of them. You get to do lots of cool stuff, but no dark marks here!

Hot take: Why would you wanna be a Death Eater anyway? Hogwarts Legacy is about discovering the magic and mystery of Hogwarts, not joining the bad guys. Enjoy the adventure for what it is!

Actually, Hogwarts Legacy doesn't offer a path to become a Death Eater. It's all about your own adventure in the wizarding world, where you can explore, learn spells, and even brew potions. You get to choose your actions, but becoming a Death Eater isn't on the menu. So, no worries about accidentally going too dark on your Hogwarts journey!
