Nope, you can't become a Courser in Fallout 4. Coursers are the Institute's top field agents, and while you do get to interact with them in the game, becoming one isn't an option. However, you can get your hands on a Courser's outfit after you take one down, so you can at least look the part!

nah, game doesnt let u be a courser. u just get to fight em and steal their gear lol

Sadly, no. You can't become an official Courser, but dressing up as one after you defeat them is the closest you get. Still cool to run around looking like one though!
