lol no, GTA 5 doesn't let you buy police cars. Would be cool though.

You can't officially buy police cars in GTA 5, which is a bummer. However, there are mods that let you add police cars into your garage if you're playing on PC. Just remember, mods are a no-go on consoles and can get your account in hot water if you're not careful.
