Nope, you can't use a Robux gift card to buy Roblox Premium. You need a credit card or other payment methods set by Roblox for that.

Unfortunately, Robux gift cards can only be redeemed for Robux, not for Roblox Premium subscriptions.

Robux gift card only gives you Robux; it's Premium-specific. Trust me, I tried it. Use a normal payment method for Premium.
