Can You Cancel Payment on PayPal?
You can cancel a PayPal payment, but only if it's still pending and hasn't been claimed by the recipient. Just go to your Activity page, find the payment, and hit 'Cancel'.

If the payment's already gone through, your best bet is to request a refund from the recipient. I had to do this once, and it worked pretty smoothly!
