Nope, you can't change your character's gender in GTA Online once you've made your choice. You gotta stick with what you picked at the start. But hey, you can always create a new character if you're really itching for a change!

Short answer: No. You're stuck with the gender you choose at the beginning. Make a new character if you want a different experience.
Definitely not. Tried it myself thinking there'd be a workaround but no dice. You pick a gender when you create your character and that鈥檚 it. If you want to switch it up, your only option is to start a fresh character. Kinda inconvenient, but that鈥檚 how it rolls in GTA Online.
