From my experience, I had to get a Bluetooth dongle to make it work with my favorite headphones. It was a bit of a workaround, but it did the trick!

Bluetooth headphones? Not happening directly with Xbox Series S. Get an Xbox Wireless Headset or a transmitter. Problem solved!

Nope, Xbox Series S doesn't have built-in Bluetooth support for headphones. But, Xbox Wireless Headsets or using an adapter are your best bet.
