Absolutely, you can connect your Oculus Quest 2 to the Steam Deck, but it's a bit of a workaround since the Steam Deck is essentially a handheld PC running on SteamOS (a Linux-based OS). You'd need to install Windows or use compatibility layers like Proton for SteamOS to get your VR games running. Then, just connect your Quest 2 via a compatible USB-C cable or through a wireless connection for a PCVR experience. Just make sure your games are compatible!

Good luck getting that to work perfectly. The Steam Deck isn't really built for VR, especially wirelessly. Yes, you can connect and play some games, but expect a lot of fiddling around in settings and potentially limited game compatibility.

Short answer: Yes, but you need to be a bit tech-savvy. The Steam Deck runs Linux, so you'll either need to install Windows or get familiar with Proton. Then, connect your Oculus Quest 2 either directly with a USB-C cable or wirelessly, and dive into VR gaming!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
