Nope, you can't damage yourself with your own weapons in Apex Legends. So, feel free to lob those grenades and fire those rockets without fear of self-harm. Just watch out for enemy fire!

Hot take: Apex Legends won't let you hurt yourself with your own attacks, which totally takes away from the chaos of battle royale games. Where's the risk without a little friendly fire?

From first-hand experience, I can tell you that Apex Legends is pretty forgiving. I've accidentally thrown a grenade against a wall too close to me more times than I'd like to admit and walked away without a scratch. Your own weapons? No self-damage there.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
