Nope, no dragging items around.
In Starfield, you can't drag items like you're rearranging furniture in The Sims, but you can definitely interact with them in your inventory. You pick up items and manage them through menus, which is just as epic in space!
I was exploring a derelict spacecraft in Starfield, and while I couldn't drag items like a space-cleaning enthusiast, organizing them in my ship's inventory was satisfying!
