Unfortunately, once you hit that 'Post' button, the comment can’t be edited. You can always delete it and start over though.

No, you can't edit comments on Instagram. Delete and re-comment is your best option!
Nope, Instagram doesn’t let you edit comments. You’ll need to delete the old one and post a new comment instead!
Deleting and reposting a comment is the only way. Trust me, I've had to do it many times!
