Yes, but with limitations! You can trim your replays and add some minor touches, but you can't do anything super fancy like adding effects or changing camera angles.

Editing replays? Kinda! You can trim them and stuff, but if you're hoping to direct your own Smash Bros movie, you're gonna need external software for that.
