Sorry to break it to you, but JACQ isn't a character or item you can find in Fallout 4. The game's got a ton of stuff, but no JACQ. Maybe you've got a mod in mind or mixed it up with something else?

JACQ? Never heard of 'em. Fallout 4's world is vast with a lot of characters, but JACQ isn't on the roster.
