Yes! In Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage, you can achieve 100% game completion by collecting all orbs, gems, and talismans, but you get to 120% by opening the door in Dragon Shores, unlocking a special bonus level to score extra fun points!

Nope, the max is 100%, unlike in the first Spyro game where you could hit 120%.
