Nope! Unfortunately, you can't get custom content (CC) on The Sims 4 for Xbox One. You're stuck with the vanilla game and whatever EA releases.

As much as we'd love to see our sims in custom threads, it's a no-go for CC on Xbox One. EA has closed the door on that dream.

In my experience, you can't use CC on the Xbox One version of The Sims 4. I've tried it all, but EA doesn't support it on consoles.
