Nope, you can't get mutations in Fallout 4 like you can in some of the other games in the series. Fallout 4 focuses more on the Sole Survivor venturing through the wasteland, building stuff, and making choices that affect the world. No radioactive superpowers here, just good old-fashioned gameplay with a trusty Pip-Boy and an arsenal of weapons to fend off whatever the wasteland throws at you.

Actually, no. Fallout 4 doesn't feature a mutation system for the player character. It's all about scavenging the wasteland, crafting, and surviving against the odds. But hey, if you're looking for mutations, maybe consider a pet Deathclaw? It's about as close as you can get to having your own mutation!

i didnt find any mutations when i played, so im gonna say no. if they exist, they're the best-kept secret in the commonwealth.
