You can't completely remove My AI, but you can minimize its impact by moving it to the bottom of your Chat screen. Just press and hold on My AI, then click 'Clear from Chat Feed'.

Nope, you can't get rid of it entirely, but you can hide it from your Chat feed by following the instructions in Settings under 'Apps'.
