Yes, you can play as Ultra Instinct Goku. Custom character? Not so much. But you *can* look super cool while trying.
Ultra Instinct in Xenoverse 2? Only for Goku, dude. Your custom character will have to settle for Super Saiyan Blue.
Nope, Ultra Instinct isn't available for player-created characters. But hey, you can always try to get as close as possible with those slick dodging skills!
