Nope, sorry bud. GTA 5 Online doesn't let you directly gift vehicles to other players. You can, however, sell a car and then share the cash with a friend, but that's as close as it gets. Or you could always 'forget' to lock your car, if you catch my drift, and let your buddy 'borrow' it indefinitely.

Honestly, no. Rockstar hasn't made it possible to directly gift cars to friends. Kinda wish they would; it'd make being a generous millionaire in Los Santos a lot easier!
