Short answer, nope. You can't officially grow fungus like you do other crops in your settlements. Fallout 4 doesn't give you the option to farm those glowing mushrooms or any other kind of fungus. But hey, would've been cool to have your own little glowing garden, right?

Nah, growing fungus isn't a feature in Fallout 4, sadly. Would've added a nice touch to the whole post-apocalyptic farming vibe.

Absolutely not, and honestly, why would you even want to? There's plenty of other stuff to do in Fallout 4 that's way more interesting than playing mushroom farmer.
