Sort of, but not in the way you might hope. In Fallout 4, you can only have one humanoid companion at a time. However, you can also have a dog, like Dogmeat, alongside your humanoid companion. So technically, yes, you could have two companions if one of them is Dogmeat.

Nope, you're limited to just one companion at a time to wander the wasteland with. Choose wisely!

Only if you count mods. Vanilla Fallout 4 lets you roam with one companion, but there are mods out there that let you have a whole squad.

Dogmeat doesn't count against your companion limit, so yeah, you can have him and another companion at the same time. It's like having a buddy and a pet, best of both worlds!
