No matter how much you wish you could turn your safehouse into a mini police station, Rockstar says 'nah' to storing emergency vehicles. But hey, doesn't mean you can't enjoy the thrill of the chase in them!

Actually, there's a workaround. It involves a complex series of events that's too much for here, but let's just say with some creativity and a lot of patience, you might find a way. ;)
Short answer: no. You cannot keep cop cars. I know, I know, it's a bummer. Wanted to start my own private police force, but guess that's a dream deferred.
